

Aftercare Advice
Following your Reflexology or Reiki session, it’s completely normal to feel deeply relaxed, and sometimes even a little emotional as your body and mind begin to rebalance. To make the most of your session, try not to schedule anything too demanding afterwards. If possible, choose a time when you can ease into the rest of your day, or plan your session for a time when you can fully relax afterwards.
To support your well-being after your session, please consider the following:

stay well hydrated, drinking plenty of water or herbal tea to help flush out any toxins released during the session

avoid caffeine, fizzy or alcoholic drinks for the rest of the day

choose light, nourishing foods and avoid spicy or heavily processed meals
Taking this extra care helps extend the benefits of your treatment and supports your overall sense of well-being.
Your body may respond in different ways—while some people feel re-energised, relaxed or uplifted, others may feel the need to rest. Listen to what your body tells you: take a gentle walk in the fresh air if you feel re-energised, or allow yourself time to unwind with a warm bath or take a quiet nap if you're feeling peaceful and sleepy.
