A little about me
Hello, I’m Sally—an experienced and fully qualified holistic therapist, offering Reflexology, Reiki, and Indian
Head Massage in Worcestershire. I’ve created a peaceful, nurturing space at Rivers Wellbeing where you can
take time for yourself, slow down, and feel truly supported.
I began my journey in 2011 with a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, which gave me a strong foundation
in understanding how the body works through the study of Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology. In 2013, I deepened my passion for energy work by qualifying in Indian Head Massage and achieving my Second Degree in Reiki. These therapies have since become a gentle but powerful way for me to support others—emotionally, physically, and energetically.
I’m a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in Mental Health First Aid. Above all, I’m committed to creating a safe, caring, and professional environment where you can feel at ease.
Clients often tell me my treatments bring a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional release. Whether you're feeling stressed, burnt out, or just in need of some time to reset, I’m here to offer a supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Outside of my therapy room, I love spending time in nature, tending to my wildlife-friendly garden, cooking nourishing meals, and walking with my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Poppy and Barney. I believe that healing happens in the little moments too—in fresh air, birdsong, creativity, and connection.

My Philosophy
As a holistic therapist, I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal when it’s given the right support, space, and care. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in the understanding that true wellbeing comes from nurturing both the body and mind. Whether through the power of touch, energy work, or simply offering a calm, restorative space, my aim is to help you feel more balanced, supported, and deeply connected to yourself.
Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs—supporting stress relief, emotional wellbeing, and natural healing in a way that feels safe, soothing, and empowering
